Water on Film


    Film, art, and popular media are the ways in which many people engage with ideas about human relationships with water resources. These mediums are influenced by historical context. For this assignment, the students critically analyzed a product of twentieth or twenty-first century culture.


    1. This assignment relates to course objectives #1-4 on the course syllabus.
    2. To encourage students to consider another point of view outside of your own lived experiences.
    3. To have students analyze a source closely to find connections with historical events and the course material and themes in this class.
